8 Ways to Make your Wedding Party Photos More Fun and Unique

Oftentimes wedding parties dread the time of day where everyone is rounded up & told that it is time to take pictures — but this should be one of the most enjoyable parts of your wedding day! I’ve created this list of ideas to help make your wedding party photos more fun for everyone involved. This way, even the grumpiest Gus of your group will have a good time! ⠀⠀

1. Put together a playlist of songs that you know will hype your people up!⠀⠀

We can build this together if you’d like, or I can send you a few of mine to look over. Spotify has tons of playlist already made for you too! Just find one that fits your vibe. Music always makes for a great time!

2. Bring snacks, beer, a joint, or all of the above — whatever gets your crowd feelin gooood.⠀

Generally, we won’t need everyone for every photo. Make the time more enjoyable by bringing along some cold beverages & some snacks for your friends to munch on! Or, we can head to a coffee shop or a pub and get some drinks and snacks there — this often gives you some really cool photos, as well!

Let us know what your friends are like; what they like to do, what type of jokes they find hilarious. Maybe there’s one member of your wedding party who reeeaaaalllllly dreads getting their photo taken. I’ll do whatever I can to ensure your wedding party is having a good time. Just let me know what to do, I’ve got you!

4. Bring a bottle of champagne to pop

This is SUCH A FUN photo op! Pop a bottle surrounded by all the people who are closest to you. Let’s celebrate in style!

7. Bring some disposable cameras or old film cameras

Pass them around to your wedding party on the morning of your wedding and encourage them to take photos throughout the day. This is such a fun idea and allows you to see the day through the eyes of your wedding party ands guests. You can get them in bulk like this set on Amazon.

8. Most importantly: just HAVE A GOOD-ASS TIME with your friends!

At the end of the day, that is all that matters!
